Going down.  Apparently only 4 lbs away from my first (actually second) goal on Our Path.  Excellent week.  Yet another bloody weekend.  Back to normal on Monday.

Exercise, diet, accountability.

Made frozen yogurt - delicious and low cal.

Beef goulash and brocolli- the very thing.
Fish cake and cauli cheese - jolly good.
No snacks.

No booze.
