Eat eat eat totally out of control.  Hate food.  I am stuffed and it is morning.  Back to old ways.

Despite huge walk and not too much dinner I still piled it on.  Mrs Fatty Fatso.  Will I honestly get those 4lbs off in 5 days.  And it’s bank holiday.

Light breakfast
Salad lunch
Roast dinner.

Beach day today.

Bad day.  Lovely day.  I didn’t eat until 2pm.  It was lunch at SW.  Delicious chicken curry and rice.  Then I went to the tea shop and ate 2,000 calories.  I had cream tea followed by millionaire’s shortbread.  I was celebrating my 4lb weightloss.  Then it was dinner at the golf club.  A good 2,000 there.  Dinner there again tonight.   But I feel full.  For the first time all week I am not bloody starving.

This is not fair.  I eat so little.  I must lose weight.  I suspect my body has not yet starting eating its own fat despite me not giving it an awful lot more.  Perhaps my fat doesn’t look very appetising and food would be preferable.

Bloody hell, make me thin.

Small anorexic flies have eaten more than me and I went way over the prescribed 800 cals.  3 days 5lbs.  None lost yesterday which is odd because I thought I was super good apart from 2 digestives.  Sparkly kitchen, well walked dog, meals planned.  Golden girl.

I am hoping this is some sort of April Fool and my weight really is 175.  I know I had two breakfasts yesterday but I did swim first thing.  I was just hungry all day long.
