 Seeing as I was 177 at the weekend things are looking up.  I am now absolutely back from my holiday at hone which was supposed to be one week but turned into two.  I am no alcohol for lent and have compromised on the 6 weeks no sugar to 10 days no sugar though really that has become OFSTED.  Yesterday it was one piece of cake.  Steps are very low.

 I am on holiday.  Admittedly my holiday is in my kitchen due to pandemic lockdown but it is just free of stupid eating restrictions.  No logging, no weighing, no fasting, no sugar avoidance, no fibre or protein goals, no alcohol abstinence, as much bread as I can bake and I am thinking cake.  After two days of lots of bread, biscuits and marshmallows between every meal I have now calmed down.  But it is lovely.  Guilt free eating.  So so nice.  I finish my holiday next week.  After two days I actually had to put the brakes on as I was just too full.  So I fasted last night.  Today might be moderate.  Saturday won’t.  I love this.

Hooray, 7 lbs down in January.  No booze all month.  First drink of the year tonight.  

Goal for Feb - just 2 lbs due to birthdays.  Champagne, cakes et al.

 God, this is slow. I want to be 11 stone by next week.  OK, maybe by March.  Oh alright, the summer.  Current weight 12 stone 5.  First stage - ditch 5 lbs.  using WLR with intermittent fasting.  No booze for Dry Fucking January.  Such fun!  I might crack soon.

 I am trying to stick to 1200 cals a day but nearly always exceed that paltry amount.  Exercise is a bit non existent.  Time to push it up a bit.  Weightloss since the new year has been amazing - 5lbs dropped instantly but now slowing.  One pound on yesterday.
