Plant based foods are just becoming a tiny bit difficult.  Well more tiring than difficult as it takes discipline not to eat butter or something with egg in it.  I had jelly but found it is made of pig. I have. to taste the things I cook for Mr Smith and they invariably contain butter or cream.

Exercise is bonkers.  C25K day 6 and I can now run 4K in 30 minutes.  The goal is 5k so I will have to step up the pace from now on.   I have surprised myself on that one.  13k steps most days.

I need to drink more water.

Plant based only foods are doing the trick.  I had to resort to a laxative as the fibre still didn’t shift things but all is well now.  I need to drink more water.

A massive recent loss with Keto.  Not an ardent fan so have introduced some carbs eg ryvita, brown rice and the odd banana.  Fasted twice - Monday and Wednesday.  Very very hungry.

In view of what I have been scoffing lately 168 seems miraculous - but then I have swum 2 miles.  Just think if I could manage both exercise AND diet.  The results would be amazing.  OK.  Time to try.
