What am I doing right? Fast 800. I go way over 800 cals but it is less meals. By eating two meals a day and swerving snacks the drop is dramatic. Oh wow. Don’t know how I will have done at SW because there is always that thing of clothes, time of day and what it was last week.

Going down. Four days of no Mr Smith makes it easy peasy. A bit of military diet and military determination. Nice weigh in at SW at 1lb down. Ended up in a bit of a gin fest with Suzanne but none planned for today.

How come I am SO desperado to do a poo but when it comes, feeling like a giant sack of potatoes, it is harder to push out than a baby? Answer: Dulcoease. Forget leafy veg and oats and all that crap, it doesn’t work. Nor does lots of water. But one sure thing that does get a stubborn Poo out is starvation. You can honestly starve out a poo. Of course you need to be a young person not an oldie who poos a teensy bit once a fortnight. So here goes folks. Nil by mouth for 24 hours and my Bowen will empty, Mark my words. I might actually take the ease stuff so when the mountain boulder decides to roll out it can do so without splitting me in two.

Actually this is easy. Down from 180 in a week, good grief, amazing! No snacking. No booze.
