 God, this is slow. I want to be 11 stone by next week.  OK, maybe by March.  Oh alright, the summer.  Current weight 12 stone 5.  First stage - ditch 5 lbs.  using WLR with intermittent fasting.  No booze for Dry Fucking January.  Such fun!  I might crack soon.

 I am trying to stick to 1200 cals a day but nearly always exceed that paltry amount.  Exercise is a bit non existent.  Time to push it up a bit.  Weightloss since the new year has been amazing - 5lbs dropped instantly but now slowing.  One pound on yesterday.

Plant based foods are just becoming a tiny bit difficult.  Well more tiring than difficult as it takes discipline not to eat butter or something with egg in it.  I had jelly but found it is made of pig. I have. to taste the things I cook for Mr Smith and they invariably contain butter or cream.

Exercise is bonkers.  C25K day 6 and I can now run 4K in 30 minutes.  The goal is 5k so I will have to step up the pace from now on.   I have surprised myself on that one.  13k steps most days.

I need to drink more water.

Plant based only foods are doing the trick.  I had to resort to a laxative as the fibre still didn’t shift things but all is well now.  I need to drink more water.

It’s hot, I’m fat.  Running and walking it off.
